Thiago Valeriano Brasil is a Conversation & Product Designer who works on conversational UX for AI, LLMs and messaging channels.
He designs WhatsApp and chat products end to end. He runs the Lean Inception, writes the personas and flows, builds the conversational design system, and tests the live bot with PMs, analytics and engineering.
He designs for the user with the most constraints, measures effort before satisfaction, and keeps the user's context when a step adds friction.
